Privacy Policy

Effective August 21, 2026 · Last updated October 1, 2026

The short version

  • We do not sell your personal information. Not to data brokers, not to marketing companies, not to anyone.
  • We do not share your mobile number or SMS consent with anyone for their own marketing.
  • If you give us your contact details, we use them to talk to you about our program and to run your account.
  • If you're a client, the sales data and recordings you share are used to deliver your program and nothing else. We don't market to your customers.
  • We use cookies and advertising pixels, including Meta and Google. Some of your activity on this site is shared with those platforms for advertising. You can opt out.
  • You can ask what we hold about you, correct it or delete it, and stop messages at any time.

This box is a summary for readability. The sections below are the actual policy and govern if the two ever disagree.

1. Who this policy covers

Growth Syndicate LLC and its affiliates (“Growth Syndicate,” “we,” “us” or “our”) provide sales training and consulting to home service companies. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. It applies to growthsyndicategroup.com, our application and booking pages (including go.growthsyndicategroup.com), our emails and text messages, and the Services described in our Terms of Service.

We collect personal information from:

  • Visitors to our websites;
  • Business owners and managers who apply, book a call or contact us;
  • Our clients, and the sales reps and managers who take part in our program;
  • Our clients' customers and prospects, whose information may appear in the recordings and sales data a client shares with us (see section 3);
  • Vendors, business partners and job applicants.

Our Services are intended for businesses and adults. They are not directed to anyone under 18.

2. What we collect

Information you give us

  • Contact details: name, email address, phone number and business address.
  • Business information: your company, trade, team size, sales volume, close rate and similar answers you give on our forms or calls.
  • Payment information: handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.
  • Communications: emails, messages and call notes, and recordings of calls with us where you've been told the call is recorded.

Our application form saves as you type. To follow up with people who start but don't finish, our application form may send the details you have entered, such as your name, email and phone number, before you press the final button. If you don't want us to contact you, don't enter your details, or ask us to delete them.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our websites we collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, the time and length of your visit, the page that referred you, and the advertising campaign or link that brought you to us. See section 5.

3. Client program data

When a company works with us, it shares information so we can deliver the program. This can include CRM exports and sales reports, KPI data, appointment and close rate data, and recordings of sales calls and appointments made by its reps. Those recordings and records may contain information about the client's own customers and prospects, such as names, addresses, project details and conversations with the rep.

Information about client sales reps. Reps who take part in the program share their name and contact details, recordings of their appointments, sales results, assessment and scorecard results, and the personal and income goals they set with us. They may also tell us what is driving those goals, such as family or financial circumstances. We share each rep's goals, scores and progress with their employer. We do not share the personal details behind a rep's goals without that rep's permission.

We treat all of this as confidential client information. We use it only to deliver the program, to calculate the close rate guarantee, and, in de-identified form, to improve our methods and tools. Some recordings are analyzed with AI tools provided by third parties that process them on our behalf and are not permitted to use them for their own purposes.

For client customers and prospects, we act on the client's behalf. We do not sell this information, and we do not use it to market to them. Clients are responsible for obtaining any consent required to record conversations and share them with us. If you are a homeowner and want to ask about information a company shared with us, contact that company, or contact us and we will help.

We will not publish a recording, or use a client's name or results in marketing, without the client's written permission.

4. Text messages and mobile data

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with subcontractors who provide support services, such as customer service and messaging delivery. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we use it to send reminders and information about the call you booked, and messages about our program. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not opt you out of email or phone contact. To stop those, use the unsubscribe link in any email or contact us using the details in section 14.

5. Cookies, pixels and tracking

We and our vendors use cookies and similar technologies to recognize your device and understand how our websites are used. Specifically:

  • Google Analytics helps us understand how our sites are used. See how Google uses this data, or opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out.
  • The Meta Pixel tells us which of our ads led to a visit, an application or a booked call, and lets Meta show our ads to people who visited our sites or resemble our visitors. Manage this in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings or at youradchoices.com.
  • Our CRM and scheduling platforms set cookies needed to run our forms, booking calendar and chat.

Under some privacy laws, letting an advertising platform collect information about your activity this way is treated as “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, even though we receive no money for it. Section 10 explains how to opt out.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. We do not respond to browser “do not track” signals, as there is no common standard for them. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal where the law requires it, and treat it as a request to opt out of sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising for that browser.

Other sites. We are on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn, and our sites may link to others. Their privacy practices are their own, and we are not responsible for them.

6. How we use it

  • To respond to you, schedule and hold calls, and decide whether our program is a fit;
  • To deliver the program, manage client accounts, take payment and measure the guarantee;
  • To send information about our Services, where you have agreed or the law allows;
  • To measure and improve our websites, advertising and Services;
  • To protect our business, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.

We do not use personal information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

7. When and with whom we share it

We do not sell personal information, and have not sold it in the preceding 12 months. We share it only as follows, and with advertising platforms as described in section 5.

  • Service providers who run parts of our business for us: CRM, email and text delivery, scheduling, payment processing, video conferencing, file storage, AI processing, video hosting and analytics. They may use it only to provide services to us.
  • Affiliates within our family of companies, who are bound by this policy.
  • Legal requirements: to comply with the law, a court order or a subpoena, or to protect the rights, property or safety of us, our clients or others.
  • Business transfers: as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

Where we can, we bind vendors by contract to use personal information only for the purpose it was provided, keep it confidential and not disclose it further without our instruction.

8. How long we keep it

InformationHow long
Enquiries and applicationsWhile we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterwards, unless you ask us to delete them sooner
Client account and billing recordsFor the engagement, then as long as needed for accounting, tax and legal purposes
Client program data and recordingsFor the engagement, then deleted or returned on request, unless the law requires us to keep it
Website and advertising analyticsAccording to the settings of the platform that collects it

9. Your rights and choices

Wherever you live, you may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, stop sending you marketing, or stop sharing your activity with advertising platforms. Email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity first, so we don't hand your information to someone else. We respond within the time the applicable law requires.

To stop marketing yourself, use the unsubscribe link in any email or reply STOP to any text. Removal isn't instant, so a message already queued may still arrive for a short time.

10. California residents

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (the “CCPA”), gives you additional rights.

What we collect. In the past 12 months we have collected identifiers (name, address, email, phone, IP address); customer records information (including payment information); commercial information (services purchased or considered); internet activity (browsing and interaction with our ads); approximate geolocation; professional information; and audio information, including call and appointment recordings shared by clients. We collect it from you, from your device, from clients as described in section 3, and from advertising platforms that refer you to us, for the purposes in section 6.

Sale and sharing. We do not sell personal information. We do share it for cross-context behavioral advertising through the pixels described in section 5. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.

Your rights. You have the right to know, access, correct and delete your personal information, to opt out of sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, to limit use of sensitive personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Email [email protected] with the subject line “California Privacy Request,” or turn on a Global Privacy Control signal in your browser. An authorized agent may make a request for you with written proof of authorization.

11. Visitors from the EU, EEA and UK

If you visit our websites from the European Economic Area, Switzerland or the United Kingdom, we process your personal information on these legal bases: consent (marketing and non-essential cookies), performance of a contract (delivering Services you bought), legitimate interests (running, securing and improving our business) and legal obligation.

We are based in the United States, so your information is transferred there. Where required, we use safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. Contact [email protected]. You may also complain to your data protection authority.

12. Children and security

Children. Our Services are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a minor has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security. We use reasonable technical, organizational and administrative measures to protect personal information, and we require our vendors to tell us promptly about any incident affecting information we gave them. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee that information will never be accessed without authorization. Where the law requires, we will notify affected individuals and regulators of a breach.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we make a material change we will update the date at the top of this page and, where the law requires, notify you directly. The English version controls over any translation.
